Description This long-standing journal is devoted to research and development in all fields of pharmaceutical chemistry and publishes original papers reviews "short notes" and "communications" on new research results. Emphasis is on papers combining synthetic organic chemistry bioorganic chemistry natural products chemistry biochemistry or analytical methods with pharmaceutical or medicinal aspects such as biological activity. Kurztext Archiv der Pharmazie wurde bereits 1822 gegründet und veröffentlicht Originalbeiträge Übersichtsartikel Notes und Communications zu den neuesten Forschungsergebnissen über aktive Verbindungen. Insbesondere werden folgende Aspekte behandelt: Synthese - biologisches und pharmakologisches Verhalten; Arzneistoff-Design; QSAR-Molecular Modelling; Arzneistoff-Rezeptor Interaktionen; Molekulare Aspekte des Arzneistoffmetabolismus; Prodrug-Synthese; Drug Targeting.
