All submissions to the journal are rigorously peer-reviewed. The Editorial Board which presides over this journal is drawn from many countries with a deliberate balance of interests between academic research industrial development and practical operation of PV systems. The Board plays an essential role in the refereeing of contributions to the journal. It also maintains contact with the full range of PV activities on an international basis and aims to foster a close and creative relationship between them.
