Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety is Section B of Environmental Research. Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety publishes studies that examine the biologic and toxic effects of natural or synthetic chemical pollutants on animal, plant, or microbial ecosystems and their routes into the affected organisms. Reports that discuss the entry and fate of chemicals through the biosphere are emphasized. Research Areas include health problems and biological effects in humans arising from: Discharges into surface waters; Meteorological factors; Industrial effluents; Industrial products; Radiation Fuels.
