研究对人冠中1/3牙本质分别施以去离子水(control), 3.8%SDF或38%SDF处理3分钟。随后应用2步法的自酸蚀粘接复合树脂按照厂家说明书进行粘接修复。热循环(TC) 0, 5,000和10,000次后,评估牙本质-树脂粘接界面的微拉伸粘接强度(µTBS)和形态变化。

结果显示,在0 TC, 3.8%和38% SDF的?TBSs显著减少(p<0.05)。在5,000和10,000 TC, 3.8% SDF的µTBSs与对照组相似,而38% SDF的µTBSs则显著降低(p<0.05)。在所有组中均可观察到抗酸区域的形成,然而,仅在SDF组中存在坡地样的区域形成。

结果表明,µTBSs和界面形态受到SDF的浓度以及TC的影响。
