研究检测了3种粘接系统对完整人牙本质的微剪切键合强度(MSBS),包括:Clearfil SE bond 2 (CSE), Scotchbond Universal in self-etching (SBU)和phosphoric acid-etching (SBT)模式,随后采用4种不同的SDF应用方案(n=10)。对照组:施以去离子水;P1:SDF应用10 s,未漂洗。P2:SDF应用10 s,1分钟后漂洗。P3:P1后24小时牙本质表面抛光。在37°C水浴中浸泡24小时后获取MSBS数据。

结果显示,基于SDF方案和粘接系统的不同,SDF明显影响牙本质的MSBS。SDF漂洗会显著提高粘接强度,但是在粘接前经SDF处理过的牙本质的表面清爽使粘接强度达到最高。

结论:2步法的自酸蚀粘接(CSE)和通用型的酸蚀粘接一体化模式(SBT)对SDF处理过牙本质的表现要比通用型的只粘接模式(SBU)更好。
