　　研究纳入2007年7月至2009年12月间接受心脏手术患者1198例，术后0~6小时检测其白蛋白尿和尿白蛋白/肌酐比值（ACR），并用试纸检测尿蛋白水平。以发生AKI（住院期间血肌酐加倍或接受急性透析）为主要终点。

　　结果为，与水平处于最低五分位组相比，白蛋白尿处于最高五分位和试纸检测尿蛋白水平最高组发生AKI风险最高[校正后相对危险度（RR）分别为2.97和2.46]。ACR较高与AKI风险无关。在三种方法中，术后早期白蛋白尿检测对AKI发生风险预测作用最佳。

　　近年来，国内外学者对急性肾衰竭（ARF）的概念进行了广泛而深入的论证。越来越多的研究表明，急性、相对轻度的肾脏损伤或肾功能受损（即表现为尿量与血液生化指标的变化），常提示将发生严重不良的临床预后。   　　基于此，国际肾脏病学会（ISN）、美国肾脏病学会（ASN）、美国肾脏病基金会（NKF）及急诊医学专业组成的专家组于2005年将ARF更名为急性肾损伤（AKI）。  

CSN:口服双磷酸盐与急性肾损伤无关

    加拿大肾脏病学会（CSN）年会上，加拿大安大略省伦敦健康科学中心的学者报告的一项研究表明，没有证据显示老年骨折患者出院后急性肾损伤风险与口服双膦酸盐有关。   　　该研究纳入了加拿大安大略省1996～2009年因新发脆性骨折（髋部、股骨干、前臂、肱骨、骨盆或脊柱骨折）住院的66岁及以上患者。18286例为新使用双膦酸盐者，104441例为未使用双膦酸盐者。
