Eur Heart J：PCSK9基因的突变对卒中和冠心病有不同的影响

PCSK9基因的突变对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和冠心病的发生均有很大的影响，然而其对缺血性卒中（IS）的影响尚属未知。本研究对10307名IS患者和19326名正常对照对PCSK9功能缺失突变（rs11591147； R46L）和另外5个突变位点与IS和IS亚型之间的关系进行荟萃分析。结果发现rs11591147的T等位点可以降低0.5mmol/L 的LDL-C水平和23%的冠心病发病风险

PCSK9基因的突变对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和冠心病的发生均有很大的影响，然而其对缺血性卒中（IS）的影响尚属未知。

本研究对10307名IS患者和19326名正常对照对PCSK9功能缺失突变（rs11591147； R46L）和另外5个突变位点与IS和IS亚型之间的关系进行荟萃分析。结果发现rs11591147的T等位点可以降低0.5mmol/L 的LDL-C水平和23%的冠心病发病风险（OR： 0.77， 95%Cl： 0.69-0.87， P=7×10-6），但是其与IS和IS的亚型没有明显的相关性（OR： 1.04， 95% CI： 0.84-1.28， P=0.74）。此外，另外的5个突变位点也提示PCSK9基因的突变对IS的影响要明显弱于冠心病。

研究结果显示，PCSK9基因的突变对缺血性卒中的影响要明显弱于冠心病。
