Contributions on Plasma Physics is devoted to original contributions and reviews in the field of plasma physics and gas discharges including the aspects of their diagnostics and applications. The scope of the material contributed includes: Gaseous electronics including electrode and surface effects Plasma chemistry and processing Elementary processes reaction kinetics and transport Physics of dense plasmas or matter under extreme conditions Waves and instabilities Basic plasma theory and numerical simulations Nonlinear behavior including turbulent and stochastic phenomena Geophysical and astrophysical plasma problems Moreover results of general interest covering the entire spectrum of thermonuclear fusion research such as basic plasma phenomena during confinement by magnetic fields and inertial confinement plasma production heating and transport as well as plasma-wall interaction are also welcome.
