Journal of Zoology is published monthly and includes original research papers and reviews within the whole field of zoology. Articles should be written in a style that can be understood by the general reader. Papers should have a broad interest and proposals for reviews and forum papers intended to promote discussion are particularly welcomed by the Editors. Reports on the systematics of a restricted number of taxa or on topics of specialist interest will not normally be accepted. Published on behalf of the Zoological Society of London.
