The aim of the journal is to provide a forum for the exposition of the latest developments in the broad field of ionizing radiation measurements. Techniques covered include thermoluminescence and related phenomena (including electron spin resonance and optically stimulated luminescence), nuclear tracks and all other aspects of ionizing radiation detection and measurement. Applications of interest include dosimetry (personal, environmental, radon), dating, geological applications, solid state physics (basic mechanisms, track structure physics, etc), and space radiation measurements (including dosimetry, nuclear space and radiation effects, and single event upsets). Contributions will be accepted which deal with basic energy-transfer phenomena and radiation effects in materials. Papers will also be welcome which deal with new detection techniques and new applications. Specially solicited review articles will appear from time to time.
