自1968年RoyClan在欧洲完成第一例人原位肝移植(liver transplantation，LT)以来，LT技术飞速发展，已成为急慢性肝衰竭的标准治疗手段。在过去的25年间，移植患者生存率显著提高，1年和10年生存率分别达到96%和71%。随着新型免疫抑制药物的应用和器官保存液的改进以及疾病早期诊断和移植术后并发症管理的提高，LT远期疗效获得了质的飞越。
2015年底，欧洲肝病学会发布了《2015年肝移植临床实践指南》，新版指南大量引用最新研究进展，重点阐述了受体选择、器官捐献、肝移植手术、免疫抑制剂、并发症和长期随访等6个方面内容。该指南遵循循证医学原则，其中推荐意见所依据的证据共分为3个级别、5个等级。本文对指南的推荐意见进行编译，供临床参考。
