典型婴儿期庞贝病（c-IOPD）在生命的最初几天到几周内导致肌张力降低和肥厚型心肌病，如果不进行治疗，可在生命最初的1-2年内死于心肺衰竭。酶替代疗法（ERT）阿糖苷酶-α是唯一可用的治疗方法。但不良的免疫反应会降低ERT的有效性和安全性。本文主要总结了ERT不了反应的管理方法并针对最佳管理提供专家建议。
