北京盛诺基医药科技有限公司近日收到美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）通知，公司品种SNG1153获准在美国开展临床试验。SNG1153作为抗肿瘤药物开发，用于晚期癌症患者，是继阿可拉定之后公司又一具有完全自主知识产权的抗肿瘤创新药物。SNG1153是阿可拉定的化学合成衍生物，可以直接杀伤肿瘤，在体外实验观察到SNG1153可抑制肝癌、肺癌、黑色素瘤、多发性骨髓瘤等多种肿瘤细胞系的增殖，在动物实验中，

北京盛诺基医药科技有限公司近日收到美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）通知，公司品种SNG1153获准在美国开展临床试验。SNG1153作为抗肿瘤药物开发，用于晚期癌症患者，是继阿可拉定之后公司又一具有完全自主知识产权的抗肿瘤创新药物。SNG1153是icaritin的衍生物，而icaritin（阿可拉定）则是从中药淫羊藿中提取的淫羊藿苷（Carcinogenesis：阿可拉定通过IL-6/Stat3和极光激酶A信号通路抑制TRAMP小鼠的前列腺癌）（Oncotarget：阿可拉定可能对难治性多发性骨髓瘤有效）。SNG1153是阿可拉定的化学合成衍生物，可以直接杀伤肿瘤，在体外实验观察到SNG1153可抑制肝癌、肺癌、黑色素瘤、多发性骨髓瘤等多种肿瘤细胞系的增殖，在动物实验中，观察到SNG1153可抑制人源肝细胞癌HepG2裸鼠肝原位移植瘤模型和人源非小细胞肺癌Spc-A-1裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型中肿瘤生长。另外SNG1153具有重要免疫调节作用，可抑制鼠源黑色素瘤B16/F10同源小鼠皮下瘤模型的肿瘤生长，并下调PD-L1等分子的表达，为肿瘤免疫联合治疗提供更多选择。作为盛诺基拥有全球自主知
