我们描述了这种植入物的机械性能,我们建议它能够为骨组织再生提供重要的生物学功能。我们表征了多孔植入物的新型仿生设计和制造过程。使用“减小尺寸并逐层设计”的设计概念来构造分层的切片和杆状连接网状结构(LSRCMS)植入物。通过选择性激光熔化(SLM)制造了具有不同参数和孔隙率的多孔LSRCMS植入物。通过微观结构表征评估印刷样品,通过机械测试分析特定的机械性能,并使用有限元分析来数字计算LSRCMS在加载力下的应力特性。

 

结果显示,由SLM制造的样品具有良好的结构打印质量和合理的孔径。制成样品的孔隙率,孔径和支杆厚度范围分别为(60.95±0.27)%至(81.23±0.32)%,(480±28)至(685±31)μm和(263±28)至(265)分别为±28)μm。压缩结果表明,杨氏模量和屈服强度分别为(2.23±0.03)MPa(6.36±0.06)GPa和(21.36±0.42)MPa(122.85±3.85)MPa。研究还显示,可以通过Gibson-Ashby模型预测LSRCMS样品的杨氏模量和屈服强度。此外,我们通过有限元分析证明了我们新颖设计的结构稳定性。

 

总之,该结果表明,基于LSRCMS的新型SLM制造的多孔Ti6Al4V支架是用于骨植入物的有前途的材料,并且可能适用于骨缺损修复领域。
