杨巍维教授发现肿瘤糖酵解中Cdc25A-PKM2的关键调控机制

8月3日，国际学术期刊Nature Communication在线发表了中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所杨巍维研究组与美国MD Anderson癌症中心Zhimin Lu研究组的合作论文“PKM2 dephosphorylation by Cdc25A promotes the Warburg effect and tumorigenesis”。该研究发现细胞周期调节因子Cdc25A可通过去磷酸化糖酵解关键酶PKM2参与肿瘤细胞代谢调控。

Reelin蛋白是一种细胞外基质蛋白，在神经元迁移、粘附以及分布中起到重要的作用。Reelin与其受体ApoER2以及VLDLR结合会诱导Src家族酶介导的胞内受体蛋白Dab1磷酸化，在胚胎大脑发育过程中起到重要作用。在多发性骨髓瘤、食管癌、视网膜母细胞瘤等肿瘤中Reelin表达升高。
