Sci Rep:接触和听力调节的骨感知

研究人员利用0.1到6kHz的机械振动在12名上位截肢患者和下位截肢患者中进行了4种心理物理学的检测,包括了感知阈值、感觉区分、频率区分和反应时间。研究发现,当传递的声音刺激频率不小于400Hz时,患者一致报道能够感知到声音并且频率在1500Hz时能够区分刺激的频率差异,另外,双峰刺激还可以提高患者的的反应时间,比如同时感知到振动和声音时。

研究人员指出,骨传导是一种多种感觉器官的感知,并能够解释骨固定假肢使用者改善了的环境感知能力。这种现象也许可以在新的假肢设备中加以开发和利用从而改善他们控制,因此最大化的提高截肢患者的生活质量。
