FASEB J：多吃桑葚，有助于减肥！

近日发表于FASEB Journal的一项新的研究表明，桑葚可成为肥胖症治疗的新方法的关键，桑葚中含有一种天然化合物——芦丁，可激活棕色脂肪，促进新陈代谢，帮助减肥。研究共选择了两种小鼠模型，一组小鼠患有遗传性肥胖，另一组小鼠为饮食诱导的肥胖，对两组小鼠补充含芦丁的饮用水（1毫克/毫升）。这两组小鼠在整个研究过程中都给予了正常的饮食。结果发现，芦丁可激活两组小鼠的棕色脂肪组织（BAT），由此可导致

研究共选择了两种小鼠模型，一组小鼠患有遗传性肥胖，另一组小鼠为饮食诱导的肥胖，对两组小鼠补充含芦丁的饮用水（1毫克/毫升）。这两组小鼠在整个研究过程中都给予了正常的饮食。

结果发现，芦丁可激活两组小鼠的棕色脂肪组织（BAT），由此可导致能量消耗增加和脂肪减少。

寒冷可激活棕色脂肪，由此可燃烧能量，产生热量。研究人员表示，通过激活特定的信号转导，芦丁可作为一个“寒冷模型”，增加UCP1基因的活性和棕色脂肪中的线粒体的数量。

此外，研究人员还发现，在皮下脂肪组织中，芦丁可诱导皮下脂肪组织中棕色样脂肪细胞的形成。

基于此研究结果，研究人员认为，芦丁可为肥胖和其他与超重有关的疾病提供一种新的治疗方法。
