Hypertension:支链氨基酸浓度是高血压发生较强的危险标志

人们越来越认识到支链氨基酸(BCAAs)在心脏代谢疾病发病机理中的潜在作用,但BCAA与突发性高血压的关系仍是未知。近日,心血管权威杂志Hypertension上发表了一篇研究文章,该研究是一项基于人群的前瞻性研究旨在探讨BCAA与高血压之间的相关性。

研究人员通过核磁共振波谱法测量了PREVEND(预防肾脏和血管终末期疾病)研究的4169名参与者血浆中BCAAs的浓度。研究人员使用多变量调整的Cox回归模型估算了高血压发生的风险。

在中位随访8.6年后,研究人员确定了924名受试者发生了高血压。Cox回归分析显示BCAA与突发性高血压之间存在显著关联。对多种临床变量进行全面调整后,BCAAs每变化一个SD的风险比为1.11(95%CI为1.02-1.20;P=0.01)。同样,当作为分类变量进行评估时,完全调整后的关联仍然很显著(最高四分位数与最低四分位数的风险比为1.36;95%CI为1.11–1.68;P=0.003)。此外,将BCAA添加到传统风险模型后,净重分类改进评估得到了改善(P<0.001)。

这项前瞻性研究表明,血浆高浓度的BCAA与新发高血压的风险增加有关。在调整了年龄、性别、体重指数和血脂后,相关性仍然存在。
