结肠镜检查效果好坏很大程度上受到了肠道准备的影响，肠道干净，看的自然清楚。临场上对患者的肠道准备通常是泻药+灌肠。泻药对患者是安全的，不过这些肠道准备会对肠道菌群造成什么样的影响呢？尤其是长期的影响，目前是不清楚的。研究者将23名健康人群随机分为2组进行肠道准备，使用Moviprep，一种肠道清洁剂。一组每次使用1L，共2次，另一组一次性使用2L。参与者分别在纳入研究时、清洁肠道后、治疗后14和2

研究者将23名健康人群随机分为2组进行肠道准备，使用Moviprep，一种肠道清洁剂。一组每次使用1L，共2次，另一组一次性使用2L。参与者分别在纳入研究时、清洁肠道后、治疗后14和28天提供粪便样本。通过微阵列和PCR等技术识别肠道菌群组成。

研究结果显示，对肠道进行快速清洁会导致肠道菌群的巨大变化。肠道微生物重量减少了31倍，22%的参与者失去了特异性菌群。14天后细菌含量和组分得以恢复，而恢复情况具有剂量依赖性：一次性服用泻药患者比分两次服用的人群，肠道菌群组分破坏情况更严重，且变形杆菌、梭杆菌、Dorea formicigeneran相关的细菌含量增加明显。后者清洁肠道后，粪便丝氨酸蛋白酶数量更多。

研究结果表明，分次使用肠道清洁剂比一次性对肠道菌群的损伤更小。
