这些分子或代谢物来自于ω- 3脂肪酸的分解--防止肿瘤扩散，我们假设有更多的酶能分解ω- 3，这会增加ω- 3的代谢物，限制肿瘤的扩散。" 肿瘤越小，结果越好。对于ω-6代谢酶，结果是相反的，因此与ω-3相比，较高比例的ω-6代谢酶可能导致患者的结果更糟糕。
