ATVB:非空腹甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和心力衰竭!

由此可见,逐步增高的非空腹甘油三酯浓度与心力衰竭风险逐步升高有关;然而,在一般人群中,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的浓度与心力衰竭的风险无关。

老年人群中心力衰竭的患病率正在增加,心力衰竭是一种发病率和死亡率较高的疾病。因此,需要确定可预测的可预测的风险因素。近日,心血管领域权威杂志Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员旨在验证这样一个假设:即一般人群较高浓度的非空腹甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与较高的心力衰竭风险相关。

来自于哥本哈根一般人群研究的10360个个体和来自于哥本哈根城市心脏研究的9694个个体被纳入2个前瞻性观察性研究中。研究人员检测了参与者基础非空腹甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。研究人员对这些个体进行随访短于23年,在此期间3593人被诊断为心力衰竭。研究人员使用Cox比例风险回归模型估算风险比。

在哥本哈根一般人群研究中,逐步增高的非空腹甘油三酯浓度与心力衰竭风险逐步升高有关(趋势P<0.001),相比于非空腹甘油三酯浓度<1mmol/L(88mg/dL)的个人,非空腹甘油三酯≥5mmol/L(440mg/dL)的个体,多变量校正后的风险比为2.59(95%可信区间为1.48-4.54)。低密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度与心力衰竭风险无关。 哥本哈根城市心脏研究单独证实了这一结果。

由此可见,逐步增高的非空腹甘油三酯浓度与心力衰竭风险逐步升高有关;然而,在一般人群中,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的浓度与心力衰竭的风险无关。
