Biomaterials:可注射水凝胶可有效促进血管再生

本研究中,我们建立了一种基于明胶(Gtn)的自修复水凝胶,该凝胶通过氧化的葡聚糖(Odex)交联,作为可注射的载体用于递送内皮祖细胞。Gtn和Odex之间的动态亚胺交联赋予注射器注射后Gtn-1-Odex水凝胶自愈能力。自修复的Gtn-1-Odex不仅可以保护祖细胞免受注入的剪切力的影响,而且还可以控制细胞的空间/时间位置。此外,由于Gtn的细胞粘附和蛋白水解位点,Gtn-1-Odex水凝胶支持内皮祖细胞在体外和体内形成复杂的血管网络。

总之,这是具有可促进血管形态发生的生物学特性的可注射,自我修复水凝胶的首次报道,这对加速再生疗法的成功具有广阔的前景。
