Neurology：重磅，桑拿浴可以降低卒中的风险！

近日，神经病学领域权威取杂志Neurology上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在评估桑拿浴频率与未来卒中风险之间的关系。

在芬兰库奥皮奥缺血性心脏病前瞻性队列研究中，研究人员对1628名年龄53-74岁（平均年龄62.7岁）且没有已知卒中病史的成年男女进行桑拿浴的基线习惯进行评估。定义了三个桑拿浴频率组别：每周1次、2-3次和4-7次。研究人员对卒中发生评估了风险比（HR）（95％置信区间[CIs]）。

在中位随访14.9年期间，研究人员共记录了155例卒中事件。与每周1次桑拿浴的参与者相比，每周有4-7次桑拿浴的参与者发生卒中的年龄和性别调整后HR（95％CI）为0.39（0.18-0.83）。对已知的心血管危险因素和其他潜在混杂因素进一步调整后，相应的HR（95％CI）为0.39（0.18-0.84），并且对体力活动和社会经济状况进行调整后，仍然保持为0.38（0.18-0.81）。年龄、性别或其他临床特征（对于所有亚组的相互作用p>0.10）并没有改变桑拿浴的频率与卒中风险之间的关联。这种关联与缺血性卒中相似，但对出血性卒中较温和，这可能归因于低事件发生率（n=34）。

由此可见，这项长期随访研究表明频繁进行桑拿浴的中老年男性和女性新发卒中的风险大大降低。
