前几天,有中国研究在近3万无心血管病人群中进行的10年追踪结果发现,每天一个鸡蛋不增加心血管死亡风险。但是一周吃一打鸡蛋又如何,血糖高的人能这么放开了吃?
 
澳大利亚悉尼大学学者发表在《美国临床营养杂志》的一项研究回答了上述问题。
 
这项研究发现,每周吃鸡蛋≥12颗,这样吃一年,在2型糖尿病患者以及糖尿病前期患者都不会增加心血管风险。
 
在该项研究之初,接受试验的128位糖尿病前期或糖尿病患者在维持体重的同时随机接受了“高蛋”和“低蛋”的饮食,前者每周≥12颗,后者每周不到两颗。
 
结果这样吃了3个月发现,两组人的胆固醇、血糖、血压等心血管相关指标并无差异。
 
之后这些受试者又开始另外3个月的减肥饮食,依旧继续他们的“高蛋”和“低蛋”生活。随后保持随访一直到12个月。
 
其中的减肥食谱,主要是用单不饱和脂肪和多不饱和脂肪(如橄榄油)代替了饱和脂肪(如黄油)。
 
研究者发现,在进行研究的各个阶段,不论“高蛋”还是“低蛋”,受试者的胆固醇、血糖、血压等指标以及高敏C反应蛋白等炎性标志物均未“变坏”,也无差异,体重也都减轻了。
 
“虽然鸡蛋本身的膳食胆固醇含量较高,而且2型糖尿病患者的‘坏胆固醇’,即低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平也往往较高,但我们研究也支持既往一些研究的结果,吃蛋对血胆固醇水平影响不大。”研究者说。
 
而之前一项来自芬兰的研究对2332位男性随访19.3年还发现,吃鸡蛋还能降低2型糖尿病的风险:每周吃约4颗鸡蛋的男士要比每周吃仅仅差不多1颗鸡蛋的男士,2型糖尿病风险降低了37%。
 
悉尼大学的研究者再次强调了鸡蛋的好处:鸡蛋是蛋白质和微量营养素的好来源,有助于调节脂肪和碳水化合物的摄入,保护眼睛和心血管健康,有助于孕期健康。
 
研究者表示,尽管对于血糖异常患者,吃蛋多少一直有争议,不过如果鸡蛋是健康食品的话,为何要拒绝它呢?
