1. 2001 年，加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA） Zisman 教授等对 661 例接受过根治性肾切除术患者的 T 分期、Fuhrman 核分级和 ECOG 生活质量评分 3 项指标进行回顾性分析总结，建立了 UISS (UCLA Integrated Staging System) 肾癌预后多因素评分系统。
2.2005 年 UCLA Lam 教授应用 UISS 肾癌预后多因素评分系统对 559 例病理诊断为局限性或局部进展性肾癌患者的预后进行回顾性总结，将患者术后复发或转移的危险程度简化为低、中、高危组。
3.5年OS会随着治疗技术的变化不断变化，因此，这里的数值仅供参考。
