目前介入医生的铅大衣是不护腿的,而近期一项发表于Circulation的英国研究显示,不防护腿会导致急性DNA损伤,而进行防护能避免。

尽管这种急性损伤在术后24小时可修复。不过研究者指出,进一步明确这种DNA损伤与癌症风险之间的关系,或会避免长期低剂量辐射暴露的风险。

研究中,研究者通过对比对腿部防护或不防护,行主动脉腔内修复术的医生血样,发现标记未防护者的循环淋巴细胞中两种DNA损伤标记物明显增加。

目前关于介入医生职业危害的研究不少,2015年美国心血管造影和介入学会就报告,射线暴露导致的最常见并发症为白内障(5.5%),其次是皮肤相关问题(4.8%)以及血液系统疾病和癌症(4.8%)。

除此外还有研究显示,长期暴露射线的心脏介入医生动脉粥样硬化风险也较高。研究者发现,与对照者相比,心脏导管室工作者颈动脉内膜中层厚度明显增加,而且白细胞端粒长度缩短。

为患者服务很重要,为工作追求很重要,还是做好各种防护,因为你在家人心中更重要。

如果急性脑卒中患者在扩散加权图与灌注加权图像上存在不匹配区域即半暗带,无论症状发生至治疗间隔多长时间(OTT),缺血性脑卒中和大血管阻塞的患者都能从血管内治疗中获益。而对于血管内治疗时间窗对预后差别的问题一直尚未证实。本研究旨在探究OTT对上述患者临床结局的影响。研究人员并将研究结果发表在Eur J Radiol上。
