近日,国际杂志INT J LAB HEMATOL上在线发表一篇关于育龄妇女的正常和异常月经周期血液中性粒细胞中髓过氧化物酶标志的研究。

该研究团队之前报道粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)在排卵中起关键作用,表明中性粒细胞可能维持排卵。本研究团队在异常和正常月经周期的妇女中评估了髓过氧化物酶(MPO)(一种嗜中性粒细胞的主要和特异性酶)以阐明MPO与排卵之间的关系。

研究人员使用两个参数(Neut X和平均过氧化物酶指数(MPXI))作为MPO活性标记分析了月经周期异常(无排卵,n = 12)和年龄-体重指数匹配的正常月经周期(表示排卵,n = 24)的妇女的血液中性粒细胞中的MPO活性。

月经周期异常的妇女的MPO明显低于正常月经期妇女(Neut X62.6±1.1(平均值±标准误差))与66.2±0.3P = 0.009; MPXI-0.54±1.66对比4.91±0.53P = 0.008]。在月经正常的妇女中,MPO在卵泡期最高(Neut X67.0±0.3; P = 0.033)。

研究认为,月经周期异常和正常月经之间的MPO差异以及排卵前MPO上调表明中性粒细胞和MPO与排卵密切相关。

世卫组织:中国超半数育龄妇女被动吸二手烟

  世界卫生组织6日发布数据显示,中国超过二分之一的育龄妇女经常被动吸二手烟。   这份由世卫组织与中、美两国疾控中心合作开展的“全球成人烟草调查”显示,中国育龄妇女在工作场所经常吸二手烟人数超过二分之一。而在家中,中国农村女性被动吸烟情况更为严重,近四分之三的农村女性在家中被动吸烟,而半数以上的城市女性在家中被动吸烟。   数据还显示,在包括中国、巴西、印度等14个发展中国家中,中国15岁至
