PNAS：知觉训练逆转自闭症相关的感知障碍

全世界有大约几千万的自闭症患者。他们大多孤独离群，行为刻板，感知及智力发育存在障碍，几乎生活在自己的世界。自闭症和大脑中一些与学习、记忆及情绪相关的神经网络和信号分子发育异常密切相关。由此引发的一系列神经性功能障碍(包括感觉、认知及行为异常)目前并没有非常有效的干预治疗措施。而2月17日发表在PNAS上的一项研究表明，神经系统(Nervous System)针对性的知觉训练有助逆转自闭症相关的感觉

全世界有大约几千万的自闭症患者。他们大多孤独离群，行为刻板，感知及智力发育存在障碍，几乎生活在自己的世界。自闭症和大脑中一些与学习、记忆及情绪相关的神经网络和信号分子发育异常密切相关。由此引发的一系列神经性功能障碍(包括感觉、认知及行为异常)目前并没有非常有效的干预治疗措施。而2月17日发表在PNAS上的一项研究表明，神经系统(Nervous System)针对性的知觉训练有助逆转自闭症相关的感觉和认知障碍及其脑信号分子表达异常。

在抗抑郁药物诱导的自闭症动物模型(Animal Models)上，作者们研究了强化听知觉训练对模型动物自闭症样行为及脑神经网络紊乱的影响效应。他们发现，通过知觉训练诱导脑可塑性可有效改善大脑听觉皮层对声音时变信息的处理能力以及个体的听觉分辨行为。更重要的是，在中缝背核、前额叶及纹状体等大脑区域中一些与自闭症密切相关的五羟色胺能及多巴胺能信号分子的表达异常也得到不同程度的逆转。这项研究由华东师范大学周晓明教授课题组和美国专家合作完成。

环境可通过改变脑可塑性影响个体的行为及认知。研究特定环境诱导的脑可塑性及其行为输出有助于了解行为的神经基础，并矫治相关的行为及认知异常。“通过听知觉训练诱导脑可塑性以逆转感觉系统功能异常，将为大龄儿童和成年人感觉障碍及其它相关的神经性疾病(例如自闭症)提供潜在的有效治疗途径。”周晓明说。
