J Clin Periodontol：有效的牙周治疗可以改善银屑病患者的全身状况

本随机对照临床研究旨在评价非手术机械性牙周治疗对银屑病受试者炎症状态和银屑病严重程度的影响。

本随机对照临床研究旨在评价非手术机械性牙周治疗对银屑病受试者炎症状态和银屑病严重程度的影响。

研究纳入92名患有未经治疗的牙周炎的银屑病患者。随机分两组：即时牙周治疗（试验组，n=46）和延迟牙周治疗（对照组，n=46）。基线和第8周评估两组受试者的牙周临床措施，对唾液白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6和分泌性免疫球蛋白A水平以及银屑病面积和严重程度指数（PASI）评分。

 

结果显示，在完成非手术牙周治疗（试验组）或初步检查（对照组）8周后，白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6水平和PASI评分显著下降，而试验组的分泌性免疫球蛋白A水平显著上升（P < .05）。

综上所述，在本研究的范围内，结果表明，有效的牙周治疗可以改善这两种疾病患者的银屑病状况。
