Sci Rep:氧化石墨烯联合银粒子可有效杀灭耐药菌

研究已经证实氧化石墨烯(rGO)是一种很有前景的抗菌材料,通过添加纳米银粒子(nAg)可以进一步提高其抗菌作用。本研究旨在探究rGO-nAg纳米复合材料对几种重要的多重耐药菌的作用,包括革兰氏阳性球菌-金黄色葡萄球菌和革兰氏阴性杆菌-大肠杆菌和奇异变形杆菌。结果显示,在相同的浓度(100μg/ ml)下,rGO-nAg纳米复合材料对三种致病菌的杀菌能力明显强于rGO和nAg。对奇异变形杆菌和金黄色

结果显示,在相同的浓度(100μg/ ml)下,rGO-nAg纳米复合材料对三种致病菌的杀菌能力明显强于rGO和nAg。对奇异变形杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭作用,纳米复合材料与呋喃妥因全身用药的效果相同,但是对大肠杆菌的杀灭作用则是rGO-nAg纳米复合材料更有效。重要的是,与呋喃妥因相比,rGO-nAg纳米复合材料可同时介导接触杀伤和氧化应激,因此其抑菌杀菌的作用发挥的更快。

总之,该研究结果为更好地了解rGO-nAg纳米复合材料的抗菌作用以及更好地设计基于石墨烯的抗生素或其他生物医学的应用提供新的见解。
