此外,与铂复合物相比,Tf-NGO@Pt对MCF人乳腺癌细胞表现出较好的抗癌疗效,并能有效地抑制癌细胞的迁移和侵袭。此外,纳米化还可提高铂复合物对MCF7乳腺癌细胞肿瘤球体的渗透和抑制作用。其抗癌作用与细胞摄取量及细胞药物存留率呈正相关。

总之,该研究结果表明,本研究所制备的金属配合物为肿瘤治疗提供了新的策略。
