实验分析显示，m-MCS用量的增加明显改善了WMC支架的介孔性和吸水性，同时稍微降低了其抗压强度。随着m-MCS含量的增加，WMC支架的降解能力明显增强，在Tris-HCl溶液中浸泡不同时间后，pH值的降低可以减缓。此外，随着m-MCS含量的增加，WMC支架在模拟体液（SBF）中的磷灰石矿化能力明显提高，表现出良好的生物活性。含有m-MCS的大孔介孔WMC支架可明显刺激MC3T3-E1细胞的附着、增殖和分化，表明其具有细胞相容性。含有40%m-MCS（WMC40）的WMC支架具有最高的孔隙率（包括大孔和中孔），其中载有最高量的姜黄素（CU），且CU可缓慢释放。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，将m-MCS掺入WG制备具有大中孔性的生物复合支架，可明显改善姜黄素的吸水性、降解性、生物活性及细胞应答和负载/持续释放能力。
