结果显示,在GO基底上可增加C3H10T1/2细胞的表面积,增强细胞粘附,并促进成骨分化。此外,用软骨细胞条件培养基(CM)培养C3H10T1/2细胞可进一步诱导成骨,与GO基底发挥协同作用。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,GO底物与CM培养,可上调间充质干细胞的成骨性能。
