JGH: 血清和肽素水平是与腹水潴留和慢性肝病门体分流形成的生物标志物

慢性肝病 (CLD)发展到最后会出现各种并发症,比如肝细胞癌(HCC)、胃食管静脉曲张、腹水潴留和肝性脑病 (HE)等,因此早期对慢性肝病进行监测能极大的改善。

      慢性肝病 (CLD)发展到最后会出现各种并发症,比如肝细胞癌(HCC)、胃食管静脉曲张、腹水潴留和肝性脑病 (HE)等,因此早期对慢性肝病进行监测能极大的改善预后。和肽素是精氨酸加压素前体的稳定裂解产物,与精氨酸加压素一起分泌到身体内。本项研究旨在评估和肽素是否是慢性肝病 (CLD) 相关并发症的替代标志物。

 

      研究人员在所有患者入院时测量了 170 名 CLD 患者的血清和肽素水平,然后对和肽素水平与肝酶、肝功能储备和临床参数进行相关性分析。最后进行 Cox 比例风险回归、逻辑回归和 Kaplan-Meier 分析以评估和肽素和腹水、HE 和 门体静脉分流术(PSS) 形成以及预后因素与短期(1 年)和长期(4 年)死亡率的关联。
