Biomater Sci：通过Mg-Fe层状双氢氧化物膜调节钛的局部pH水平以增强成骨作用

为了使材料和细胞界面周围的局部pH值可控，我们通过水热处理在酸蚀纯钛表面制备了一系列Mg-Fe层状双氢氧化物（LDH）薄膜。通过调节Mg/Fe比例调节Mg-Fe LDHs的层间距，使其OH交换能力可调，最终形成pH值可控的微环境。

体外实验证明，Mg-Fe LDH薄膜修饰钛表面具有良好的生物相容性和成骨活性，特别是Mg/Fe比例为4的Mg-Fe LDH薄膜，可以形成适合干细胞分化的生长和成骨的碱性微环境。

综上所述，这些结果表明，本研究所制备的Mg-Fe LDH薄膜可用于增强植入材料的成骨性，同时为可控碱性环境的设计提供了新的思路。
