在一项前瞻性单盲试验中,150名患者接受常规浸润麻醉,由一名检查人员进行牙科治疗。患者随机分为三组,用三种不同的针尖类型(手术刀式斜针(SB),n = 50;三角斜针(TB),n = 50;正规斜角针(RB),n = 50)处理。使用数字评分量表(NRS)评估受试者的自我感知的疼痛感。对于每个针尖,使用SEM测量单次使用后的变形。 SB(平均2.1±1.2)比TB(平均3.5±1.6)和RB(平均3.4±1.0;全P <0.001)组疼痛水平较低。约97.3%(SB 50/50,TB 50/50和RB:46/50)的针尖检测到变形。 SB(29/50)与TB(17/50)和RB(19/50)相比,有更多的倒钩。对于口腔局部浸润麻醉,手术刀式斜面的注射针注射疼痛较少。麻醉剂注射后的针头变形,特别是非切削刃上的倒刺钩可能会导致更大的软组织损伤。
