近日，国际杂志INT J LAB HEMATOL上在线发表一篇研究人员关于淋巴细胞亚群在急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床病理中的意义的研究。

虽然对免疫系统在改变和调节实体瘤进展中的作用有了很好的研究，但是免疫系统对血液淋巴瘤的发生和发展的作用仍然了解甚微。

在本研究中，该团队报告了一项回顾性研究，详细介绍了对130例急性骨髓性白血病（AML）患者的分析，其中包括B细胞，T细胞和NK细胞在内的主要淋巴细胞亚群的流式细胞术免疫表型评估。

研究确定了与AML不同亚型有关的淋巴细胞亚群的差异特征，以及患者的预后相关性。在多变量分析中，发现NK细胞（特别是≥5％的截止值的CD56 + / CD16 + NK细胞）是整体改善和无病生存的独立指标。细胞遗传学风险对AML患者分层也是至关重要。

研究表明在AML中，免疫系统淋巴细胞的亚群分布是非随机的，并且表明不同淋巴细胞亚群，特别是NK细胞在该疾病中的重要作用。

急性髓系白血病（acute myeloid leukemia， AML）是一种高度异质性的血液系统恶性肿瘤。AML的传统治疗主要采用大剂量联合化疗，但此疗法副作用大、复发率高。急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)是AML的一种亚型，与大多数AML化疗预后不良相比，针对APL的全反式维甲酸(ATRA)诱导分化疗法预后良好，这一结果提示诱导分化疗法有望应用于AML的治疗。
