FDA批准Novo Nordisk的Victoza治疗2型糖尿病儿童患者

FDA药物评估和研究中心代谢和内分泌产品部代理主任Lisa Yanoff评论说:"当越来越多的儿童诊断患有这种疾病时,扩大适应症提供了额外的治疗选择。"

Victoza此前已被授予该适应症的优先审查,而自2010年以来,该治疗已被美国授权作为饮食和运动的辅助手段,用于改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制。
