Int Dent J：全身抗生素在糖尿病患者非手术牙周治疗中的效果

为评估全身抗生素作为辅助治疗非手术牙周治疗（NSPT）的效果，而非单独使用NSPT，对牙周炎患者的牙周临床参数进行评估。 纳入随访3个月或以上的随机对照试验，评估NSPT联合抗生素对牙周炎糖尿病患者的疗效。 检索MEDLINE，EMBASE和LILACS数据库2016年8月以前的试验结果。进行荟萃分析以确定临床附着水平（CAL），探测深度（PPD），探诊出血（BOP）和牙龈指数（GI）的变化。最终

最终纳入15篇相关研究，包括11项随机临床试验。荟萃分析的结果显示，在降低PPD方面获得0.14 mm的益处（95％置信区间：0.08-0.20），但CAL获益没有进一步益处。

当将所有抗生素方案的数据一起考虑用于治疗患有DM的牙周炎患者时，虽然观察到PPD减少但并没有CAL增加。当分别分析抗生素方案时，阿莫西林联合甲硝唑对减低PPD的效果最好。
