核磁共振T1与T2区别,读片必知 !

磁共振成像是利用原子核在磁场内共振产生的信号经重建成像的成像技术。人体组织中的原子核(含基数质子或中子,一般指氢质子)在强磁场中磁化,梯度场给予空间定位后,射频脉冲激励特定进动频率的氢质子产生共振,接受激励的氢质子驰豫过程中释放能量,即磁共振信号,计算机将MR信号收集起来,按强度转换成黑白灰阶,按位置组成二维或三维的形态,最终组成MR图像。T1加权像、T2加权像为磁共振检查中报告中常提到的术语,很

T1加权像、T2加权像为磁共振检查中报告中常提到的术语,很多人不明白是什么意思.

核磁共振T1与T2区别

1、T1观察解剖结构较好。

2、T2显示组织病变较好。

3、水为长T1长T2,脂肪为短T稍长T2。

4、长T1为黑色,短T1为白色。

5、长T2为白色,短T2为黑色。

6、水T1黑,T2白。

7、脂肪T1白,T2灰白。

8、T2对出血敏感,因水T2呈白色

T1加权成像、T2加权成像

所谓的加权就是“突出”的意思

T1加权成像(T1WI)----突出组织T1弛豫(纵向弛豫)差别

T2加权成像(T2WI)----突出组织T2弛豫(横向弛豫)差别。

在任何序列图像上,信号采集时刻横向的磁化矢量越大,MR信号越强。

T1加权像 短TR、短TE——T1加权像,T1像特点:组织的T1越短,恢复越快,信号就越强;组织的T1越长,恢复越慢,信号就越弱。

T2加权像 长TR、长TE——T2加权像, T2像特点:组织的T2越长,恢复越慢,信号就越强;组织的T2越短,恢复越快,信号就越弱。

质子密度加权像 长TR、短TE——质子密度加权像,图像特点:组织的 rH 越大,信号就越强; rH 越小,信号就越弱。脑白质:65 % 脑灰质:75 % CSF: 97 %

常规SE序列的特点

最基本、最常用的脉冲序列。

得到标准T1 WI 、 T2 WI图像。

T1 WI观察解剖好。

T2 WI有利于观察病变,对出血较敏感。伪影相对少(但由于成像时间长,病人易产生运动)。成像速度慢。

FSE脉冲序列

原理:FSE脉冲序列,在一次900脉冲后施加多次1800复相位脉冲,取得多次回波并进行多次相位编码,即在一个TR间期内完成多条K空间线的数据采集,使扫描时间大大缩短。

在一次成像中得到同一层面的不同加权性质的图像。

T1WI——短TE,20ms 短TR,300~600ms ETL—2~6

T2WI——长TE,100 长TR,4000 ETL—8~12

优点:时间短,显示病变。 缺点:对出血不敏感,伪影多等。

IR序列特点

IR序列具有强T1对比特性;

可设定TI,饱和特定组织产生具有特征性对比图像(STIR、FLAIR);

短 TI 对比常用于新生儿脑部成像;

采集时间长,层面相对较少。

STIR序列

在IR恢复过程中,组织的MZ都要过0点,但时间不同。利用这一特点,对某一组织进行抑制。如脂肪,由于其T1时间比其他组织短,取TI=0.69T1(T1为脂肪弛豫时间),脂肪的信号好过0点,接收不到它的信号。突出其他组织。

FLAIR序列 

当T1非常长时,几乎所有组织的MZ都已恢复,只有T1非常长的组织的 MZ接近于0,如水,液体信号被抑制,从而特出其他组织。FLAIR (Fluid Attenuation IR) 常用于对CSF抑制。

IR序列的运用

脑部IR的T1加权可使灰白质的对比度更大。眼眶部STIR能抑制脂肪信号,增加T2对比,使眼球后球及视神经能更好显示。脊髓采用FLAIR技术能抑制脑脊液搏动产生的伪影,以利于显示颈、胸段脊髓病变。肝部微小病变,使用IR能处到较好显示。关节使用IR能同时提高水及软骨的敏感性。

FLASH

采用“破坏(扰相)”残余横向磁化矢量。在数据采集结合后,在沿层面选择梯度方向施加“破坏”梯度,使用残存的横向磁化矢量加速去相位,从而消除上一周期残存的横向磁化。
