本研究采用3T磁共振进行成像,利用整合体积导航评价头部平面及旋转运动、频率及B0变化。共对33年轻健康志愿者、34名老年健康志愿者、34例MCI患者及44例PD患者的头部运动模式及成像不稳定情况进行研究。利用ROI分析评价波谱质量。利用Bonferroni校正Mann-Whitney U检验评价组间差异。

由于头部运动过大,3例PD患者和4例MCI患者被排除(如在总扫描时间>10分钟中每次重复时间>1.6秒时运动超过0.8mm)。与相比,年老对照组、PD患者、MCI患者出现头部运动幅度要比年轻对照组(1.79 mm ± 0.77) (P < .001)分别严重1.5、2、2.5倍。在MR波谱成像采集超过20分钟时,约有6%的年轻志愿者、35%的老年志愿者、38%的PD患者和51%的MCI患者头部运动超过3mm。主要的动作为点头和 "滑出"。PD患者(P = .007)和MCI患者(P < .001)的频率改变分别是年轻对照组的1.1、1.4倍;老年对照组(P = .005)、PD患者(P < .001)和MCI患者(P < .001)B0改变分别是年轻对照组(12.59 Hz ± 2.49, 3.61 Hz · cm -1 ± 1.25)的1.3、1.5、1.9倍。在4组实时校正表现出较高的波普质量。(信噪比>15,Cramér-Rao lower bounds < 20%)。

本研究表明,实时运动和B0检查能够提供运动模式和B0场强变异的有用信息。实时校正提高了数据质量,尤其是对于无法制动的患者。
