PLoS One:饮食有关的酸负荷可能与香港人非酒精性脂肪肝有关

非酒精性肝病(Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD) 与代谢酸化,生长激素等都可能有关。轻度的代谢酸化可能由饮食诱导,饮食诱导的酸负荷可能影响到NAFLD发展。本研究旨在阐明这一课题。在香港招募19-72岁健康中国成人(330名男性,463名女性),按Frassetto方法计算内源性酸产物( net endogenous aci

非酒精性肝病(Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD) 与代谢酸化,生长激素等都可能有关。轻度的代谢酸化可能由饮食诱导,饮食诱导的酸负荷可能影响到NAFLD发展。本研究旨在阐明这一课题。


在香港招募19-72岁健康中国成人(330名男性,463名女性),按Frassetto方法计算内源性酸产物( net endogenous acid production,NEAP)含量,以及按Frassetto's 方法评估潜在肾脏酸负荷(PRAL)。NEAP与钾,能量,蛋白质摄入等有关。

PRAL计算公式:PRAL (mEq/d) = 0.4888 × protein intake (g/d) + 0.0366 × phosphorus (mg/d)–0.0205 × potassium (mg/d) – 0.0125 × calcium (mg/d) – 0.0263 × magnesium (mg/d)

研究发现,约27.7%的人群被诊断为NAFLD,多因素回归分析,校正年龄,性别,BMI,以及饮酒状态和代谢综合征水平后发现,NEAP可能与NAFLD有关(OR=1.25, 95%CI:1.02-1.52,p=0.022)。但PRAL与NAFLD无显著性关系。


本研究进一步证实了饮食引发的酸负荷可能与NAFLD有关。

不过,MedSci提醒大家,本数据来源于横断面研究的人群,而且样本量较小,因此,还不能得出香港人有如此之高的NAFLD(27.7%),同时,对于多因素分析的结果,也需要进一步验证。但是,本研究从另外一重角度研究NAFLD,这是值得借鉴的。
