这篇病例汇报描述的是一名17岁女性患者的右下变色第2前磨牙(牙齿#29)通过牙髓再生治疗(REP)后修复剩余组织的病例。REP的实施时间为2011年10月。2016年复查时患者提出牙冠变色亟待解决。CBCT扫描观察分析根管内硬组织的形成情况以及未钙化组织区域。在#29牙内漂白期间，术者检出黑色的微粒包裹体材料，随后将其进行组织病理学检验。结果显示，REP 5年后，患者尖周完全愈合，根管内硬组织形成，并且根尖孔完全成熟。再次观察#29牙髓室时，发现在秞牙骨质界形成硬组织桥。髓室内剩余空间的修复经确认部分为MTA。在内漂白3周后，牙齿恢复正常颜色。结论：MTA充填髓室剩余空间会导致牙齿变色以及阻碍硬组织形成。氧化再生纤维素基质看起来并不妨碍组织再生，并且可以被这些组织所吸收。因此，其他颜色稳定的材料应该被用来REPs后的冠充填，以避免MTA对REP疗效和牙齿变色的潜在不良反应。原始出处：Timmerman A， Parashos P.
