短时间的高强度可以帮助非酒精性脂肪肝患者降低2型糖尿病的患病风险。


昆士兰大学人类运动与营养科学学院研究院Shelley Keating博士领导的一项试验对高强度间歇训练(HIIT)是否可以改善胰岛素敏感性以及是否与降低其他心血管疾病风险因素有关做了相关研究。

Keating博士说道,“非酒精性脂肪肝是一种类型的脂肪性肝病,与2型糖尿病以及心血管疾病的发病之间联系密切。除了积极控制体重,不然没有别的好办法来治疗非酒精性脂肪肝肝炎(NASH)。我们最近已经证明,运动疗法可以减少成年人肥胖者的肝脏脂肪含量,但是NASH患者可能需要更强烈的运动。我们希望患者能够通过稍高强渡的运动来进行安全可行有效的治疗,以改善胰岛素抵抗和降低其他心血管疾病发病风险。”

研究者称的短暂而强烈的运动包括——在跑步机上进行接近最大体力的跑步约4分钟等。Keating博士表示,个人可以长期使用HIIT来使健康获益。当然,进行运动前也必须充分考虑自身的当前身体状况,比如有无心脏病史和高血压等。
