近日，美国杜克大学医学院RobbD.Kociol博士等研究人员在American Heart Journal杂志上发表研究称，心衰患者BNP水平和血栓栓塞事件之间无关联。

因心衰住院患者的B型钠尿肽水平较高，且发生血栓栓塞事件的风险增加。心衰患者BNP水平和血栓栓塞事件之间的关系尚未得到充分研究。

研究人员链接了2003-2006年ADHERE研究登记的数据，旨在找出65岁以上、因心衰入院、同时未合并房颤、出院时未接受华法林治疗的患者。我们使用Kaplan-Meier法及累计发病率函数对全因死亡率、血栓栓塞事件、心肌梗死、和脑卒中发生率进行评估。我们在校正了潜在并存因素后，使用Cox模型评价BNP水平和每项结局间的关联。

研究者认为，在因心衰入院、无房颤的老年患者中，较高的BNP水平和心肌梗死和死亡率增加存在关联，然而较高的BNP水平和随后的血栓栓塞或脑卒中之间无关联。
