根据现有资料，SS患者的牙植入物疗法似乎具有较高的种植存活率，较低的MBL和生物学并发症。

干燥综合征（SS）是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病，会影响唾液分泌，从而影响口腔组织的健康。这项系统评价的目的是调查SS患者牙植入物的存活率，边缘性骨丢失（MBL）和生物学并发症。

合格标准包括前瞻性和回顾性队列研究，对照临床试验和随机临床试验（RCTs）。对MEDLINE、Cochrane、Web of Science和LILACS数据库2017年6月前的文章进行没有日期或语言限制的检索。此外还进行了手动和未发表文献的检索。检索过程，数据分析和质量评估由两位独立的作者完成。这项系统评价方案在PROSPERO登记，编号为CRD42016053277。

检索和筛选过程发现了1997至2016年间发表的6项研究。平均随访3.97年的平均生存率为93.7％。这些研究报道的MBL和生物并发症数量少。所有分析的研究都观察到SS患者的生活质量有所改善，并通过牙植入物得到康复。

尽管这项系统评价有局限性，根据现有资料，SS患者的牙植入物疗法似乎具有较高的种植存活率，较低的MBL和生物学并发症。此外，所有纳入的研究都观察到通过牙植入物康复的SS患者生活质量有所提高。
