在本研究中,10名健康志愿者(HVs)接受了100毫克的生物素,以评估其对乙肝血清学标志物的影响。在摄入生物素之前和之后分别采集了几次血液样本。此外,我们还利用spiking实验来研究生物素对抗hiv /p24 Ag和抗hcv抗体水平的影响。评估了为克服这种干扰而设计的几个程序。

研究发现,在40.0%的病例中,生物素摄入导致抗hbs免疫状态呈假阴性(<10 mIU/mL)。根据我们的抗hbc和抗hbe结果,生物素摄入分别与90.0%和80.0%的假阳性结果相关。在100毫克摄入后的理论生物素峰值浓度下,抗HIV和抗HCV结果分别为50.0%和66.6%为假阴性。所有为克服干扰而评估的程序都被证明是有效的。

研究表明,HBV、HCV和HIV血清学标志物可能对生物素高度敏感。我们的数据证实,生物素干扰的范围比通常描述的更广。
