Dent Mater J:蜂胶类冲洗溶液对桩和根管牙本质之间的粘接强度与裂隙形成的影响

这篇研究的目的是为了评估含水蜂胶类冲洗液(PROP)对采用不同水门汀粘接的桩与根管牙本质之间粘接强度和裂隙形成的影响。

这篇研究的目的是为了评估含水蜂胶类冲洗液(PROP)对采用不同水门汀粘接的桩与根管牙本质之间粘接强度和裂隙形成的影响。

研究对施以牙髓治疗的牛切牙采取不同的冲洗方案:1) 2.5%次氯酸钠(NaOCl)/17% EDTA/NaOCl; 2) 生理盐水(NaCl)/EDTA/0.12%氯己定(CHX); 3) NaOCl/PROP/NaOCl; 4) NaCl/PROP/CHX; 5) NaCl/PROP/NaCl。随后采用不同的水门汀粘接根管桩:RelyX ARC; Panavia F2.0或RelyX U200 (n=10)。样本进行横向片切。进行推出粘接强度试验并评估裂隙。研究也评估牙本质片的表面粗糙度。数据进行统计学评估(5%)。

结果显示,RelyX U200展现出更佳的无缝界面。粘接强度随着水门汀与冲洗方案的不同而变化。PROP冲洗对粘接强度无负面影响(p>0.05)。NaOCl/EDTA/NaOCl冲洗后粗糙度明显增加,但是其他方案在PROP冲洗后无明显改变。

结论:蜂胶类冲洗溶液并不影响桩粘固于根管牙本质的粘接性能。
