印度学者在ESC2018上发布研究称,瑜伽音乐增加心率变异性,有利于心脏健康。

心率变异性降低是副交感神经活性减弱,交感神经活性增强,其与血管事件风险增加直接相关。此外,或许心率变异性低的人已经有亚临床血管疾病。

该研究探讨睡前听瑜伽音乐对心率变异性的影响。

这项研究包括149名健康受试者,平均年龄为26岁。

他们分别在三个晚上参加了三个训练:(1)晚上睡觉前听瑜伽音乐;(2)晚上睡觉前听节奏平稳的流行音乐;(3)晚上睡觉前不同任何音乐仅保持安静。

在每次训练中,在音乐开始/保持安静前5分钟,在音乐/保持安静10分钟,在停止后5分钟测量心率变异性,并评估受试者的焦虑状态。

研究人员发现,心率变异性在瑜伽音乐期间增加,在流行音乐期间减少,在安静期间没有显着变化。

同时,听瑜伽音乐者的焦虑水平显着下降,流行音乐者和没有音乐保持安静者的焦虑水平均显着上升。

研究者指出,当然,音乐不能取代循证药物和干预措施,实只能作为补充疗法。他说,虽然缺乏循证医学证据,但印度人长期以来一直相信除了药物之外的各种疗法作为治疗疾病的一种方式。
