【评价方法】

科技投入是开展科技活动的前提和基础，包括人、财、物等的投入，该评价维度综合考虑了科研项目和科研平台等方面；

科技产出是科技活动所产生的直接成果，该评价维度包括期刊论文、专利和标准等内容；     

学术影响是指科技成果以及科研人员在学科领域内产生的直接或间接影响，该维度包括杰出人才和团队、学术任职以及科技奖项等方面。
